Article 4: Online shopping

The customer has the choice between bank transfer or credit card as a method of payment.

O’Rach is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious breach by the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.

Article 5: Delivery and execution of the contract

Deliveries take place while stocks last.

Orders are shipped within 1-5 days of receipt of your order. If this is not possible (because the product is out of stock or no longer available), or if there is a delay for other reasons, or an order cannot or only partially be fulfilled , the consumer will receive within 14 days after placing the order an e-mail and in this case, he has the right to cancel the order free of charge and without notice.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs in Belgium are always € 4.95.

The shipping costs in the Netherlands and France are € 6.95.

Any visible damage and / or qualitative defect of an item or other delivery defect must be reported immediately by the Customer.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has physically taken possession of the goods.

Article 6: Retention of title

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of O’Rach until full payment of the price by the Customer.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase articles online in their capacity as consumers.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, unless otherwise specified, without giving any reasons, since the right of withdrawal applies to products ordered by the customer. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform O’Rach in good time by e-mail (info@orach.be) of his decision to withdraw from the contract. The customer must return the goods immediately after his decision to withdraw from the contract. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.

If the value of the returned product is in any way diminished, the right is retained to hold the Customer responsible and to claim compensation for any decrease in value. Only items that are in their original unopened packaging, as well as all accessories, operating instructions and the invoice or proof of purchase may be taken back.

Article 8: Guarantee

Under the law of September 21, 2004 on consumer protection during the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. This legal guarantee applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. To assert the warranty, the Customer must be able to present proof of purchase.

The warranty (commercial and / or legal) never applies to faults arising from accidents, negligence, falls, use of the article contrary to the use for which it was designed, non-compliance with the instructions for use or the manual, adjustments or modifications to the article, intensive use, poor maintenance or any other abnormal or incorrect use.

Article 10: Violation of validity - non-waiver

If any provision of these Conditions is declared invalid, illegal or void, this will in no way affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the other provisions.
