Article 1: General provisions<\/strong><\/p>

This e-commerce online store offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products from its online store. Article 5: Delivery and execution of the contract<\/strong><\/p>

Any visible damage and \/ or qualitative defect of an item or other delivery defect must be reported immediately by the Customer.<\/p>

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has physically taken possession of the goods.<\/p>

Article 6: Retention of title<\/strong><\/p>

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of O\u2019Rach until full payment of the price by the Customer.<\/p>

Article 7: Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase articles online in their capacity as consumers.<\/p>

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, unless otherwise specified, without giving any reasons, since the right of withdrawal applies to products ordered by the customer. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform O\u2019Rach in good time by e-mail (info@orach.be) of his decision to withdraw from the contract. Article 8: Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>
